Key Advantages at a Glance
The BEbelt can be custom-manufactured for cleaning widths up to 1050 mm and adjusted on both sides with millimeter precision to the respective conveyor belt using fine adjustments. In addition, the stable construction is height-adjustable. The steam and vacuum unit of the belt cleaning system can be individually adjusted and moved horizontally within the stainless steel frame. It therefore makes no difference whether the conveyor belts are truly 100% submerged in water horizontally or not. Particularly cool: The belt cleaning system is designed so that it can be installed on the top and bottom of conveyor belts, so even belts with cooling hoods are no problem. The BEbelt is completely mobile and can be deployed to clean different conveyor belts within just a few minutes. Cleaning runs in a single step with the new belt cleaning system and is more hygienic than ever before.
